5 PILLARS OF STRENGTH
Natural Movement
When you move your body with intention, you'll look good and feel good too. During each My-bootcamp class you'll experience elements of natural human movement. Moving in all three planes of motion and challenging you with complex movement patterns such as crawling, sprinting, balancing, jumping and more.

High Intensity Interval
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the most effective method for torching calories, increasing metabolism, and improving strength and conditioning. You'll be working for maximum effort for 55 seconds, then resting for 17 seconds, moving through a circuit of several exercises. After going through the circuits twice, you'll get a brief rest (ok hardly any) and take on another circuit of new exercises. Each class will go through a total of three circuits. You'll crawl away but come running back!

Combative Elements
Things are fun to punch. Each Mybootcamp class will include combative elements that will help prepare and empower you and push your body and mind to its fullest limits. Ground & pound, beat downs, and The Mr. Miyagi of movements are some of the exercises that will force you to overcome your perceived limitations.
Mybootcamp also offers Kuo Shu Elements Martial Arts Black Belt Program. See Kuo Shu Program for details.

Nutrition
To say we are passionate about nutrition is an understatement - which is why we include nutrition education FREE with your Mybootcamp membership. It is impossible to out-exercise a poor diet - so if you jump into a new fitness program with great expectations and motivation, you will be sorely disappointed with your results if nutrition is ignored. This goes for martial artists, as well. If you don't fuel your body properly, you can't perform well or recover properly increasing your risk of injury.

Community
Without a supportive community, fitness quickly turns into the "dreaded exercise". Friends hold each other accountable. Friends challenge each other to work harder. Going through struggles with others creates an emotional bond that helps make fitness a part of your life forever. That's why at Mybootcamp you'll not only want to bring your friends, but you'll make new ones too.

What I find most inspiring in my transformation since starting MyBootcamp isn't necessarily losing weight or going down a pant size. In fact, I'm still the same size that I've always been - even though I'm SO much more slim and toned than I ever thought I'd be. What has transformed is my confidence and the shift in my attitude from 'Why should I do that?' to 'Why not?'
Amy,
Mybootcamp Client
I have three kids and a very busy career. MyBootcamp is my time, it's how I destress. I love everything about it, from the great community atmosphere to the coaches who push me beyond what I think I can do!
Dana,
Mybootcamp Client
Lawrence is one of the most dedicated martial artists that I've had the privilege of training with. He had learned in the "old school" method of training Wushu and has over two decades worth of experience. I recommend Lawrence for his dedication, loyalty, and integrity as a martial artist and human being.

The Zombie Apocalypse is NOW
Look around you - they're everywhere. They wander through life mindlessly. Void of purpose. They look just like you and me. They exist, but they have no direction in living. No heart. No passion. We must not become one of them. We must not be consumed.
ARE YOU PREPARED?
If you are not careful, you will become consumed by the Zombie way of life. Once consumed, you will become overweight and lethargic and your body will begin to breakdown before your eyes. Your temper will shorten, and you'll anger easily. Your mind will slow and you'll have difficulty remembering simple things. You'll be sick often. You'll be unable to sleep at night and unable to stay awake during the day.
The time is now. You must escape. But are you prepared? With the overuse of technology, lack of movement, and absence of discipline, the zombie apocalypse is now. Now is the time to prepare for the battle of life.
At Mybootcamp it is our goal to prepare our members and students for LIFE - and life is filled with unknowns and the inevitable - twists and turns, obstacles to get over, under and around, the need to lift heavy things and carry them long distances, the need to defend ourselves. If you are unhappy merely existing and wish to thrive, you've found your home. Join us as we prepare for the battle of life.
Corinthians 9:24-27
Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.
And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown.
Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air.
But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.
